PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT TO TEST THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROFESSIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF A MILITARY SPECIALIST IN THE UNIVERSITY ENVIRONMENT OF ACADEMIC CONSULTING
Abstract
The article describes the structural components of the system of professional and methodical
support for pedagogical activity of instructor-teacher that provides practical classes for military
university cadets. The system is built on the basis of contextual modeling of a set of approaches
in the realization of factors and mechanisms of cadets’ self-study activity under the direction
of the academic consultant. Selected factors (social, functional, motivational and organizational)
are correlated with the directions of self-study activity to improve the pedagogical competence
of a military specialist.
