PEDAGOGICAL GUIDANCE TO COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract

According to the Federal state educational standards of the higher professional education competences are the purpose and the expected results of the education. This fact contributes to the necessity of the pedagogical guidance aimed at the competence development of university students. The types of the pedagogical guidance are considered. They are projecting of the educational process, management of the educational process, methodical work of an instructor.
