TECHNIQUES OF PROJECTING VALUATION MEANS FOR ASSESSMENT OF GRADUATING STUDENT’S PROGRESS DURING THE TERM AND AT THE END OF IT

Abstract

Coming into effect Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education is connected with positioning of results of implementing the basic educational programs as a wholeness of student’s assimilated competencies. The inter-object character of competencies and their hierarchical character for each area of training set conditions for elaboration of new means for assessment the results of educational progress during the term and at the end of it. The theoretical investigations of domestic teachers were studied for the elaboration of the means and the search for the best findings in practice. The new techniques of elaboration of the bank of valuation means for assessment of graduating student’s progress during the term and at the end of it which is based on competences are shown as a result of generalization of the findings and modeling within the elaboration of the basic educational program of higher professional education. The techniques for elaboration of the bank of the results of methodological support modeling of the process of assessment of graduating student’s progress during the term and at the end of it are also provided. The given techniques can be used in the practice of lecturers from higher schools for elaboration of assessment materials on the subject and also in the practice of state examining and assessment boards for methodological support of their activity.
