INNOVATION TECHNIQUES IN IMPLEMENTING SOCIAL FUNCTION OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN KURGAN REGION
Abstract
One of the tendencies of modern educational system development is named to be strengthening a social function and the influence of education on social sphere development. The priority tendencies which provide socio-pedagogical practice are identified: creating such an innovation infrastructure as a social industrial park and also such a form of innovation activity as socio-pedagogical projecting. It is shown that in Kurgan region implementation of social techniques becomes one of the main conditions of changing social practice.
