DEVELOPMENT OF MORAL AND VALUE ATTITUDE OF HIGHER MILITARY SCHOOL CADETS TO OFFICER'S PROFESSION BY MUSIC

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the study of the national legislative documents that determine the trends in education of citizens in general: humanization, humanitarization, education quality, priority of patriotic education of youth, as well as theoretical analysis of the specifics of higher military education: the regulations for educational work with part-time and full-time staff, the moral education of military cadets, the formation of patriotism in cadets as part of their professional competence. Certainly, moral and value attitude of cadets to future profession is a formed system of values and value orientations. The role of musical art as a pedagogical condition of the moral and psychological formation of cadets in the course of teaching and education work was studied. The course “Culturology” was tested in education process. The course is dedicated to the musical art and aimed to integrate knowledge, skills of future graduates of military universities in the field of other arts, pedagogy and psychology. The course tasks are to involve emotional and strong-willed personality traits of every cadet and to encourage the development of patriotism formation.
