PROFESSIONAL RESILIANCE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE BACHELOR STUDENTS AS A FACTOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING AT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

We have to state that the organization and content of the process of professional training of bachelors of physical culture at a university is not effective enough and does not fully ensure the satisfaction of the society need for the training of competitive graduates of physical culture institutions with professional competencies, including professional resilience. The purpose of the paper is to consider the formation of the professional resilience of bachelors in relation to professional mobility as an important aspect of their competitiveness in modern socio-economic conditions. To form the professional resilience of bachelors of physical culture is to form a complex of necessary professional competencies. This is facilitated by physical culture and sports activities. We used the methods of studying the products of students’ activity, analysis, comparison, and pedagogical experiment. A structural and content model of the process of formation of the professional  resilience of bachelors of a physical culture was developed and described, and organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of the formation of the professional resilience of bachelor’s of physical culture were offered. The basics of creating a methodological support for the process of formation of the professional resilience of bachelors of physical culture have been developed.
