Abstract
Optimism is considered as an ability, way and style of teacher’s thinking who can manifest himself in specific forms and methods of upbringing, in pedagogical ability to notify and assess study success, in praise, approval, social and pedagogical recognition of each individual’s merits and in creating situations of success.
