REFLEXIVE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIAL PARTNESHIP IN THE CARRER GUIDANCE ACVITIES’ ORGANIZATION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN
Abstract
The article provides an example of social partnership in pursuit of the modern ways of increasing the effectiveness. The paper describes the role of reflexive members, participants of social partnership that are the constituents of the interaction based on cooperation and confidential relations in creating learning environment. The article demonstrates new career guidance opportunities for schools. The focus is on the significant role of scientific guidance of collective career activities. The results of the experimental research prove the effectiveness of the new forms of career guidance of schoolchildren. The reflexive relations in social partnership provide the long-term cooperation with different categories of partners (employers, government agencies and nongovernmental organisations)
