THE ROLE OF THE CONCEPTUAL COMPONENT OF THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN PROJECT ACTIVITY OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article describes the role of the conceptual component of a training system of future specialists in vocational education. It focuses on the formation of value attitude to project activity and indicates the motives of acquiring the skills in it. The conceptual component is a two-level structure of project activity training system and it forms both students’ motivation and goals. Therefore, future professionals need sustainable professional motives and deep understanding of their future work . These two elements comprise the students’ goal: to continue self-education, to acquire new knowledge and skills, to develop professionally significant personal qualities. So, within the conceptual component the target mechanisms are formed, the interaction techniques are devised, the understanding of personal requirements of future mid-level professionals becomes clear.
