FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL STYLE DEVELOPMENT IN BACHELOR’S PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

Nowadays the task of the efficient formation of the individual style of bachelors, that are future teachers, is of great importance. The paper describes the essential characteristics of the individual style of the pedagogical activity of a bachelor student. The author defined the conditions for the individual style development. The possibilities of the system of higher professional education for the development of the individual style of pedagogical activity were revealed. The study of the individual style of pedagogical activity of future teachers assists in solving economic, social and cultural problems.
