THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE MANAGER READINESS TO THE INNOVATIONS IN ENERGY SAVING AS AN INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGE

Abstract

The worldwide problem of energy resource saving is of primary importance in the XXI century. To decide the problem the development and implementation of innovative energy saving means and technologies are required. Innovation activity in the field of energy saving is one of the competences of a manager in social sphere. The study of readiness of a manager in social sphere to innovations in energy saving was carried out. It was found that in a set of criteria the knowledge, experience, the need for innovation, that the managers in social sphere showed, do not meet the modern requirements and need mastering. The international projects aimed at the development of the readiness of managers in social sphere from China and Russia to innovations in energy saving were proposed to increase the level of readiness.
