SPECIAL ASPECTS OF STUDENT’S COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE IN THEIR WORK ON PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED RESEARCH AND BUSINESS PROJECT IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract

This article discusses the development of the students’ competence of professional communication, which is considered as the development of personal energy resource due to an exchange of information with participants of educational process of higher education institution in the course of preparation for students’ scientific conferences. The paper gives the theoretical analysis of the project method, its historical bases, various interpretations of fundamental categories. The concept of «scientific professional and business project» is defined. The description of the ascertaining experiment, which revealed a number of problems in the field of students’ training on the scientific professional and business project, is also presented. These problems can be solved using methodical recommendations on the development of students’ competence of professional communication of as their personal resource. The recommendations present a threecomponent structure of the competence of professional communication concept (interactive, perceptional, communicative components). The structure and the content of professional communication competence are also revealed, and the detailed analysis of specific components of this concept for a two-level education system (Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees) is presented. The scientific professional and business project in a foreign language is a perspective technology in science bearing potential for the development of competence of professional communication of a student in practice as his personal resource by means of education.
