TOPICAL PROBLEMS OF MULTILINGUAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN A MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The article studies the development of polylingual education in conditions of multicultural
environment. The topicality of the knowledge of the Kazakh, Russian and English languages in
the polylingual environment is proved. The programs of development of polylingual education
in Kazakhstan are investigated; the brief review of “The Road map” of the development of polylingual
education in the regional university is made. The results of the development of polylingual
education are described and analyzed. The content of educational programs concerning
polylingual education of university students has been analyzed. The critical analysis including of
this program development is presented; threats in case of negation of the existing situation are
described; available resources which can improve some aspects of the above mentioned problems
are described. Valuable guidelines for students which they receive while mastering educational
programs of the three-language content are designated.
