DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BACHELOR IN THE FIELD OF DOCUMENT SCIENCE AT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The topicality of the article lies in the contradiction between the need of the modern information economy in effective specialists in document science and the insufficient use of the university facilities in the development of the future bachelor document science competence. Scientific novelty of the work is in proving the possibilities of the management competence development of the future bachelor in document science on the basis of the classical functions of management. The concept of management competence of the future bachelor of document science, its structure and content are specified. The development model of the management competence of the future bachelor of document science is substantiated on the basis of the specific content of document management processes. Theoretical significance of the work is determined by the expansion of the theoretical concepts of pedagogy terms in the sphere of development of the bachelor management competence and in the theory of improving the quality of this process. The practical value of the work is in the possibility of using the developed model while planning and organizing the educational process in the field of document and archival science.
