Abstract

The genesis of culture is substantiated. The role, place of culture and its prospects in the administrative activity of university students are identified. The algorithm of managing the development of culture of managing scientific and pedagogical activity is worked out. The basis of the algorithm is conversion of authority and leadership approach to the development and improvement of organizational structure of an educational institution. Special stress from the point of modern institutionalism is made on methodological orientation of training scientific and pedagogical personnel in a university of Physical Education.
