OPPORTUNITIES OF POLYCULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF CHILDERN’S ART SCHOOL IN DEVELOPMENT OF TEENAGERS’ SKILLS OF INTERPERSONAL INTERACTION
Abstract
The structure of interpersonal interaction of subjects of educational process is reviewed. Characteristic features of teenagers’ psychology are described. Peculiarities of polycultural environment of children’s art school which support in applying of different types and forms of students’ joint creative art activity and in developing teenagers’ skills of interpersonal interaction are revealed. The appropriateness of applying dialogue and environmental approaches in an educational process of an art school is substantiated.
