FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL AND COGNITIVE COMPETENCE OF A PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENT AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM
Abstract
Educational and cognitive competence as one of the key competences for primary school students should be investigated within the modern educational paradigm. The formation of educational and cognitive competence of a primary school student is viewed as a pedagogical problem. Creativity is viewed as a component of educational and cognitive competence. The specific character of educational and cognitive competence in primary school age is taken into consideration. The model, the structure and characteristics of educational and cognitive competence of a primary school student in its finished state are shown.
