EMPLOYEE READYNESS TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-EDUCATION: CONCEPT, PERSONAL ENERGY RESOURCE, MEASUREMENT
Abstract
Employee readiness to the professional self-education as the necessary condition for the realization of this form of education is studied both as physical and scientific concepts. The levels of the employee readiness to self-education are identified and described. The measuring and evaluating technique of the personal energy resource based on the identified criteria is worked out and described. The technique offered can be used for the analysis of the employee readiness to selfeducation in order to its further development and use for the professional development of the organization staff.
