STRUCTURE DETECTION AND DIAGNOSIS OF PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE SPECIALIST IN RAIL TRANSPORT
Abstract
The role of competence-based approach as a methodological basis for the construction of the railroad specialist’s model is reviewed. The author describes the component content of professional and communicative competence of a future railroad specialist and identify stages, criteria and levels of forming the quality under study.
