MEASUREMENT AND ASSESMENT OF RELATIONS OF LOCAL GOVERNEMENT SUBJECTS AT EFFECTIVE AND ANTICIPATIVE STAGE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE PROGRAMS DESIGN

Abstract

While developing special purpose programs the subjects of local level education management perform an important function of providing the connections between the local programs and educational institutions programs with the Federal special purpose programs. The relations of local government subjects at the effective and anticipative stage of special purpose program design in the education sphere have been researched. The indicators characterizing the results of their relations have been found out.
