SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS ONE OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE CADETS’ PATRIOTIC EDUCATION
Abstract
The article defines the urgency of the cadets’ patriotic education and the importance of socioeducational environment in the cadets’ patriotic education. It analyzes the normative documents, the literature on the patriotic education. The author justifies the need to integrate the academic subjects’ content of civil law disciplines designed with the help of new information technologies. The civil-patriotic values (peace, homeland, duty, honor, dignity, responsibility, patriotism, citizenship, etc.) contributing to the socialization of the cadet's personality were identified. The particular importance was given to the socio-educational environment as a condition for patriotic education. The concept “environment” was analyzed, and the socio-educational environment functions were determined. The paper describes the specific features of the socioeducational environment of the military educational and scientific center of the Air Force “Air Force Academy”. Three socio-psychological parameters of the higher school socioeducational environment (active interaction, subject-subject relationship, rigid normativity and authoritarianism) were identified.
