ANALYSIS OF LABOUR MARKET DEMAND IN GRADUATES OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR SVERDLOVSK REGION

Abstract

Educational organizations of professional education annually prepare young specialists and it is necessary to account for the demand of regional labor market and the number of faculty that train specialists that know how to apply their knowledge and skills at the workplace in a competitive environment. Not all the graduates can find jobs for a number of reasons. We consider the supply and demand in the labor market of the Sverdlovsk region, the demand of organizations for employees to fill vacancies in occupational groups, the connection of a job with a specialty graduates of 2009–2011 years got, the demand for a number of specialties. By adjusting the imbalance of demand and supply of graduates in the labor market, educational institutions of professional education while planning the entering procedure should track the dynamics of demand for young specialists, offering applicants training in the necessary labor market specialties with the characteristics of industries in the region.
