THE PROBLEM OF PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT CREATION BY FUTURE PROFESSIONAL
Abstract
The necessity of creating personal learning environment (PLE) by future professionals has been proved taking into account the process of knowledge society development. PLE provides not only knowledge acquisition and actualization but also enhances new knowledge generation. Thus, the process of professional education becomes creative and learnercentered. The authors’ definition of PLE notion has been presented. The components of PLE creation in foreign language learning have been described. The results of the study can be used for students’ autonomous activity organization in the theory of foreign languages teaching and learning.
