MODEL OF THE PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATIC MODELING COMPETENCE FOR FUTURE MANAGERS

Abstract

The article discusses the importance to study the competence of mathematic modeling as a component of the professional activity of managers. On the basis of the Federal  State Educational Standards of the third generation for the area of «Management» a structural model of mathematic modeling competence has been developed. The model components have been considered. The article presents the model of the pedagogical support for the development of mathematic modeling competence of future managers which includes the target, substantial, procedural and evaluative-correction components. The pedagogical  conditions that ensure the successful realization of the model in the process of professional training managers have been identified. The presented results may be used in the development of the educational programmes of mathematical and natural sciences cycles for «Management» programme, as well as for the developing of practical recommendations for professional subjects.
