INDICATORS OF MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION (CASE OF URAL STATE UNIVERSITY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE)
Abstract
The article considers the management of the educational organization of higher education.
Organization management is associated with many categories, including the monitoring of performance
indicators. Different levels of management of modern education organizations imply
different functions and approaches to management. Researchers have developed theoretical prerequisites
for the design of management systems in the field of education. At the same time,
an educational organization of higher education in its activities is subject to all the laws of
management, including the criteria of management efficiency. The research tasks set are: to clarify
the performance indicators of the educational organization of higher education in the field of
physical culture and sports, to analyze the activities of this organization. The authors clarified
the performance indicators of the educational organization, affecting all the aspects of its activities:
from the organization of the educational process to the execution of the plan of financial
and economic activities. The indicated aspects were applied to the educational organization of
higher education of physical culture and sports. The article presents the results of the analysis
of the activities of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education
“Ural State University of Physical Culture”.
