Two structures of tourist manager readiness to innovation activity based on different scientific approaches, which do not contradict to each other, are considered. The first structure of readiness to innovation activity includes the interconnected psychological, cognitive, intellectual and connotative components. The second structure represents the aspect of the professional qualification and includes the corresponding components: competence, morality, initiative, practical skills. The content of the readiness is the result of the analysis of norms, regulations and scientific literature as well as the practical studies of the author.
