PECULIARITIES OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME IN HEALTH PROFESSIONALS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES

Abstract

The article describes phenomenology of emotional burnout in terms of its peculiarities in health professionals. The article discusses the study findings of those manifestations in health professionals with different professional activities in public and private health-care facilities. We analyzed the structure of severity of syndrome manifestations using the examination results from following methods: Maslach C., Jackson S. “Burnout Inventory”; Boyko V.V. “Diagnostics of Emotional Burnout Level”; Maykova L.D., Chertova T.G. “Asthenic Feeling Scale”. It was shown some differences in manifestations of the syndrome in professionals of different types of health-care facilities. The article presents analysis findings explaining some peculiarities of development of emotional burnout syndrome in health-care professionals.
