RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL ATTITUDES AND WILLINGNESS TO SITUATIONAL CHANGES OF SOLDIERS IN THE BEGINNING OF MILITARY SERVICE

Abstract

The problem of soldiers’ social and psychological willingness to situational changes in relationship with their sociopsychological attitudes in need-motivational sphere. There are presented study of relation between sociopsychological attitudes and willingness to situational changes of soldiers at the initial stage of military service. It was employed O.F. Potemkina’s method of diagnostics of sociopsychological personality’s attitude to need-motivational sphere and developed scales for defining various components (aspects) of soldier’s willingness to situational changes. It was established that the sociopsychological attitudes of the soldier’s personality in the needmotivational sphere are presented factors serviceman’s willingness to situational changes. At the same time the most significant positive factors are attitudes toward the result, altruism, liberty and the negative factor is the attitude toward the egoism that undermines the willingness to survive some difficulties of military service.
