Abstract

The article gives a detailed analysis of some problems of information and communication technologies application to the Russian healthcare system, arising from the objectives of the development of high-tech medical diagnostic equipment. For example, electrophysiological and electroencephalographic studies, in particular, it is shown the possibility of finding IT-solutions of development of modern diagnostic equipment for the registration and analysis of EEG data. We describe some guidelines for using wireless sensor networks (WSN) based on dynamic chaos (DC) for the development of medical diagnostic equipment and EEG as an example of registration the total chaotic signal resulting from continuous activity of brain neurons.
It is shown that the radio-electronic monitoring system is a set of technical, radio, computer and software for the collection and processing of information on the various parameters of the brain as a complex system in order to control the emergence in it diagnostically meaningful signals and messaging into a single system.
