MULTILEVEL RESOURCES OF INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP: FACTOR-ANALYTICAL RESEARCHES
Abstract
Based on an analysis of research management innovation leadership discussed the problem
of establishing correspondence between its various resources and theoretically marked intra- and interindividual levels. The results of the factor-analytical study of the data of psychological diagnosis of leadership, creativity, motivation and team- role resource of innovation leadership of managers. The sample totaled 375 managers of various enterprises of Ural region . It analyzed the specifics of the factor structure of innovative leadership in the management group of companies with different levels of innovation.
