Personal and Socio-psychological Resources in Recovery of Drug-abused Patients: Method of Expert Assessment

Abstract

The personal and socio-psychological resources in recovery of drug-abused patients are analyzed in the article. The systematization of revealed recourses is adduced. Method of expert assessment is used as principal. It was revealed that the rehabilitation embraces biological, psychological, social, spiritual aspects of the disease. The most common personality traits and values of patients, which can be resources – activity, enthusiasm and readiness to act, adherence to treatment.
The least-encountered traits are skills of self-control. Important factors of actualization of personality changes are the time, spent on the rehabilitation, and sex.
