Structural and Functional Aspects of the Psychological Model of Uniformed Service
Abstract
The article explains the relevance of psychological support for the uniformed service staff. Structural and functional aspects of the psychological model of uniformed service and its prospects for effective realization of official tasks are analyzed. The psychological model of counseling includes the following components: the subject of the interaction (motivation), participants of the interaction, group psychological phenomena, special methods, the means of interaction and the activity medium. The groups of factors determining the activity of an employee when carrying out his tasks are: operational, environmental and ergonomic, social, physiological and psychological.
