Current Research Leadership Styles that are Relevant to Innovate
Abstract
The article provides an overview of foreign theories, including leadership styles that are relevant to the introduction of innovations. The basic conceptual principles of innovation, transformational leadership, transformative leadership and reformist leadership. The conclusion about the importance of verification and heuristic by the concept of transformational leadership and relevance of its continuing to research, both for scientific purposes and for the practice of organizational consulting, was done under the analysis of theoretical and empirical studies.
