The Relationship Burnout ant Indicators Statuses Ego-identity

Abstract

The given article is devoted to the research of interconnections between the features of statuses of ego-identity and components of psychic burnouts of the individuals of social and productive spheres of activities on three stages of normative personality crisis. On the basis of correlated researches the ratio of different components is analyzed. The components under the study are emotional exhaustion, reduction of professional achievements and destruction of individuality with features of ego-identity (responsibility for choice, emotional maturity; self-sufficiency, conscious choice of life path, acceptance of current reality, conscious reception of system of values and self-correspondence).
