THEORETICAL BASE AND EMPIRICAL STUDIES WAYS AND METHODS OF CHARACTEROLOGICAL POSITIVITY AND PERSONAL WELLBEING INCREASE POSITION WITH POSITIVE OF PSYCHOLOGY

Abstract

In article theoretical provisions of characterological positivity and personal wellbeing increasing
research technologies are described and results of experiment on their approbation from
positions of positive psychology are stated. An inspection of three positive techniques (kind acts,
gratitude, forgiveness and oblivion) practice systematic use efficiency on increase in subjective
wellbeing indicators influence was carried out. The fragment of personal wellbeing model containing ideas of change and formation of the person positive character traits connected with his subjective wellbeing is described as a theoretical basis of experiment. According to this model changes of three subjective wellbeing components (affective component, cognitive component and cognitively affective component) acted as indicators of positive techniques influence on subjective wellbeing. The experimental study of each of three subjective wellbeing components changes was carried out by means of three techniques: M. Fordyce "Scale of experience of happiness", S. Lyubomirsky "Measure of subjective happiness", E. Diener et al. "The satisfaction with life Scale". Efficiency of subjective wellbeing increasing techniques application determined on the basis of each component from background level to total shift assessment values and also the positive acts number comparison made before and in the experimental period last five days is proved in a consequence of subjective wellbeing emotional and cognitively affective components indicators average values increase.
