LEADERSHIP STYLES OF MANAGERS INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES WHICH HAVE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF INNOVATION
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of differences in the lead managers of the three companies with different levels of innovation. For the study chosen by the company conducting fragmentary modernization, upgrading and implementing breakthrough innovation. It was found that the transformational leadership style and effectiveness of self-leadership, diagnosed using the technique MLQ, differentiate management companies with different levels of innovation. The study confirmed the validity of the methodology MLQ on Russian sample of middle managers and senior managers in the industry.
