Abstract

The developed "Map of clinical psychological study of patients with epilepsy", created for a comprehensive study of the multidimentional relationship of cognitive and affective disorders. Card contains a little more than 150 signs, divided into blocks: socio-demographic characteristics, medical history, phenomenology of endogenous affective disorders, psychogenic and organic origin, clinical information on the localization and lateralization of preferred lesios (with focal epilepsy), the most characteristic symptoms of endogenous depression. Tool block presents the results of EEG and imagin studies (MRI). Almost 50% of the total amount of information reflect data experimental psychological diagnosis: pathological and neuropsychological, and test (including a number of techniques to study the emotional and personal sphere). All included in the map features are formalized; graduation standart features encoded by the corresponding numbers. Using a combination of formalized data can provide clinical and other characteristics of each subject as a series of "codes", and the total amount of data to process mathematical and statistical methods in line with the overall purpose and specific objectives of the study
