Dynamics of the Relations with Peers at Seniors in Psychological and Pedagogical Work

Abstract

In modern society there is a need of overcoming of social infantility of  graduate of school and providing his realization as effective subject of interpersonal relations. This problem includes studying of relations with peers at seniors, who psychologically dependent on parents and organization of psychological and pedagogical work on correction of these relations. Tasks and principles of the program of correction are presented in article. The program has complex character of organization of work with all subjects of educational process: seniors, their parents and teachers. Work with parents and teachers carries out educational and preventive functions, with seniors – psychocorrectional. The psychocorrectional part of the program considers age, individual, typological and personal features of seniors. Efficiency of psychological and pedagogical work on the developed program is confirmed by results of studying of dynamics of the relations with contemporaries at seniors, who psychologically dependent on parents. Main directions of relations with peers and their dynamics are allocated as a result of the analysis of communicative tasks of age. Positive dynamics is expressed in stabilization of emotional experiences; expansion of sphere of communication and increase in significant contacts; increase of satisfaction by relations, including relations with representatives of opposite sex
