PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The results of research on the socio-psychological (leadership style, role preferences manager)
and individual psychological characteristics (emotional and volitional, motivational and
communication sphere of the person) managerial leaders in the organization. Identifies two types of leadership: administrative leadership (relationships between the members of the organization has the character of "superior-subordinate") and managerial leadership (the dominant relationships of "leader-followers" in continuing the relationship "superior-subordinate"). Research shows that the organization's strategic goals necessitate a certain type of leadership: to stabilize the organization needs administrative leader, in the case of the need to develop – managerial leader.
