Abstract

The purpose of this article is the analysis of medical (psychiatric) and legal (psychological) aspects of forensic evaluation of one’s ability to understand the actual nature and social danger of his or her actions and direct them. Research is made on the problem of experimental patopsycological studies of factors, underlying unterruptions of this ability, in form of component analysis of mental activity in normal and disordered states. It provides the most informative for psychodiagnosis and expert solutions pathopsychological indicators of experimental psychological study within forensic psychological and psychiatric examination of the group of underaged individuals with organic personality disorders as well as the analysis of the material from the perspective of operational assessment of disorders, organizational, dynamic, emotional and motivational components of patopsychological syndrome. The study has revealed that in the group of underaged individuals with organic personality disorders that were later exempted from criminal liability due to mental disease, the pathopsychological symptoms correlate with impaired characteristic of pseudopsychopatic option of organic personality disorder.
