МODELS OF RELATIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT AGES: THE RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH

Abstract

The article represents empirical research of the prevalence of different models inter-age relation in family and professional life. By the result, non-constructive models inter-age relations (age-discriminatory and age-manipulative) dominate in family and professional life. The implementation of these models in the relations between people of different ages is asymmetrical.
