Tolerance of Subjects of Innovative Activity as a Sociocultural Capital of Innovation Enterprises

Abstract

The article presents results of empirical studies on technology psychodiagnostic ROSSTL conducted on samples of managers of industrial enterprises to innovate, implementing innovations. The technology ROSSTL reveals the tolerance of the different types of creative personalities and is designed for diagnosis, prognosis and correction of the relationship of creative groups, teams of innovative projects, the implementation of organizational change. Presented technology of identification of socio-cultural capital of innovations as a willingness of subjects taken at the level of values, symbols, social roles, to the innovative development options.
