Abstract

Presented results of the experimental psychological study on 70 patients with psychosomatic and somatic diseases, aimed to study structural features of individual and humane functions of psychosomatic disorders. Clinical status is verified on a sample of 62 patients based on the expert assessments results agreement, clinical anamnestic and experimental psychological studies confirmed the discriminant analysis results, a psychosomatic patients proved higher levels of deficit self-functions of fear, aggression, sexuality, inner self-delimitation in combination with the deficit and the destructive nature of narcissism humane features, self-delimiting outer and destructive anxiety. Presented clinical characteristics of selfstructure in combination with dominant psychological defenses analysis, relevant psychological conflict in emotional meaningful interpersonal interaction analysis, reflecting a violation of the child-parent relationship analysis, and situation and loss of important object of narcissistic disfunction in psychosomatic patients.
