Abstract

Paper is devoted to the organizational aspects of psychosocial care in the hospital cardiology patients with myocardial infarction and suffered direct myocardial revascularization. Examined the relevance of the real psychological assistance in relation to the estimated need. It is established that the real demand and need different design 4 times 21 and 85 %, respectively. To ensure the design requirements necessary to change the existing staff of medical institutions. A sufficient number of full-time psychologists will allow for the inherent functions and responsibilities in full.
