Factors that Influence the Acmeological Potential Development of Managers

Abstract

This paper considers different approaches to such phenomenon as an acmeological potential and its structure. It deals with the system of manager personal resources which is the key to professional success in the field of management. The phenomenon is defined as a dynamic system of value, motivation, reflection, esteem, cognition and operation elements that stimulate efficient development of manager in his/her professional activities under ongoing renewal of surroundings. Also, the article considers internal and external factors that influence the development of manager acmeological potential. The internal factors are those that are associated with innate human activity, his/her needs, motivation and mental activity. The external factors are considered as social environment. The article attempts to define widely used nomenclature more accurately which can facilitate further research.
