Abstract

Presented results of the analysis of scientific literature on a problem of personality as a risk factor of psychosomatic disorders formation; proved the provision on urgency of psychodynamic approach application in personal factors characteristics; described some features of comprehension, ratio and interrelation of mental, somatic and personal factors in psychosomatic disorders development. Characteristics of personality as a risk factor of psychosomatic disorders are surveyed as psychodynamic characteristics of pregenitale development, structure of the person and "I" characteristic from narcissism position in psychoanalysis, combination of dominating forms of psychological protection, personal features and options of psychosomatic disorders. Described characteristics of risk factors conception in main psychoanalytical models of psychosomatic disorders. Announced the results of the executed clinical research.
