FEATURES AND INTRATSEPTSII INTERNAL PICTURE OF ILLNESS IN PATIENTS WITH PAINFUL AND PAINLESS CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Abstract

The theoretical and empirical results of clinical and psychological features perception of bodily
sensations and the types of attitude to the disease in patients with painful and painless forms
of coronary disease produced. The relevance of the study due to the important role of this disease in the formation of demographic indicators of morbidity and mortality in the working age population.
The basic directions of medical and psychological studies of patients with coronary heart
disease described. Particular attention is paid to modern approaches of study internal picture of the disease, including in respect of the psychology of corporeality. The theoretical analysis of the intraception mechanisms and their role in the formation of sensory and intellectual levels of internal picture of the disease. Describe the phenomenon of psychosomatic symptom and disease mythologizing.
Sample’s representativeness proved on materials of the investigation of 48 patients with
pain and 50 patients with painless CHD. The features of attitude to the disease is that anosognosic type prevale in the presence of pain form of the disease with the pain and ergopathic type - in the presence of painless form of the disease. Psychological factors, which form them explained.
The data on the presence of mental disorders in the painless form of adaptation obtained. Analyzed in detail the composition and structure of the 6 types of dictionaries intraceptional sensations characteristic of patients with different forms of the disease. The features of the dictionaries familiar, important and painful, threatening and often experience a sensation for pain and painless forms of coronary artery disease. It is proved that the presence / absence of pain is specifically reflected in the level of intraceptional internal picture of illness. The features of perception of bodily sensations in various forms of coronary heart disease explained.
