Abstract

The results of an assessment of effectiveness of the program of group collective psychological intervention of posttraumatic symptoms, changes of the person and difficulties of adaptation at the employees’ of EMERCOM of Russia who participated in the elimination of consequences of emergencies were presented. It was established that after psychocorrection the mental condition of the surveyed came nearer to autogenic norm, the level of mental strength, defatigations decreased, improved psychological and social adaptation, high subjective satisfaction of participants was noted.
