THE COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH TO THE MODELING OF STAFF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Abstract
The author`s model of professional activity success of sale-managers which developed with
competence method offers. The model explains interrelation between professional activity success of sale-manager and his professional competence, motivation peculiarities and working conditions. Diagnostic toolset for estimation of this one offers, empiric results of basic model elements estimation demonstrates. There is offer of the explanation of reasons of defined level of professional activity success of sale-managers and conclusion of validity of offered model made.
