Dynamics of Professional Destruction in Relation to the Dynamics of Ego-identity in Representatives of Social and Productive Activities

Abstract

This paper proposes an approach to the study of professional destruction. The concept of the structure and dynamics of ego-identity in the process of normal crises of adulthood is the key to understanding the formation of professional destruction. Participants in the study: production workers and social workers. General and specific features of professional destruction of the respondents are discussed in this article.
